After a while we grew a little bored of playing the same game over and over, so we decided to make our own simple games in TI BASIC. We must have spent years playing around with TI BASIC. One command in particular, CALL VCHAR, I will never forget, it drew characters straight onto the screen, and to a five-year-old that felt like actual magic. We used this computer for many, many years.
